This weekend’s Trifextra Challenge is to write a dialogue that is exactly 33 words long. Fortunately, I can add this entry to the piece I have been working on for the Trifecta Challenge. I will consider this as bonus-time on a painfully slow project. If you are wondering why I am only adding to this piece (let’s call it ‘SWC’) 333 words at a time, it’s because I am also writing another novel and making time to do both is difficult. This way I ensure that every week sees forward-movement in the story. It also keeps me from overwhelming myself and getting confused between the plots of both stories. Makes sense, right?
“Do tell!”
“Hell hath no fury, Alex. She spat so much venom. She was so wrapped up in insulting me that at times what she said didn’t make sense. She was truly malevolent.”

Every time I use that word I think of the witch in Sleeping Beauty. Wasn’t her name Malevolence? Amazing name for a villainess!

Nice dialogue! People like that are toxic – I avoid the venomous ones whenever possible

Guapamole, you have to read the last four weeks of the Trifecta challenge, if you haven’t yet.

Interesting dialogue. Definitely want to read the whole piece.

It’s all been on Trifecta. I think I need to step up the pace though. It’s frustratingly slow in it’s development.

I love the visual behind “spat so much venom”. Chilling and awesome.
